Directions: The Belvue access ramp is just south of U.S. Highway 24 which runs parallel to I-70 on the north. On the eastern edge of Belvue, turn south on Mills Avenue and travel about a mile and half. The access ramp and park are on the right side of the road.
Access Information: The access has a gravel parking lot for 8-12 vehicles with roadside parking for vehicles pulling trailers. The road continues beyond the access point, so be careful about blocking the road and be aware of traffic at the top of the ramp. The access ramp is 16 feet wide.
Amenities: Picnic tables, kiosk, trash can, and a fire ring on site. No restrooms or lighting. No close convenience stores.
Paddle Information: The next access is the Kaw River State Park Access Ramp at Topeka, 29 miles downstream. Paddling this section is not recommended for novice boaters but is a nice overnight trip when the river is low enough to offer sandbars for camping.
